Contribution Rules
Federal Election Campaign Act compliance — Save America PAC (FEC ID C00618371)
Who May Contribute
Contributions to Save America PAC may be made only by individuals who are U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents and who are at least 18 years of age.
Contribution Limits (2025–2026 cycle)
- $5,000 per calendar year per individual to a leadership PAC under 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(C).
- Contributions are aggregated across all giving in a calendar year.
Prohibited Sources
- Corporations (52 U.S.C. § 30118)
- Labor organizations (52 U.S.C. § 30118)
- Federal government contractors (52 U.S.C. § 30119)
- Foreign nationals (52 U.S.C. § 30121)
- Contributions in the name of another person (52 U.S.C. § 30122)
- Anonymous cash contributions over $50
Required Certification
By contributing, you certify under penalty of perjury (28 U.S.C. § 1746) that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The contribution is from your own funds, not those of another.
- You are not a federal contractor.
- Payment is from a personal credit/debit card or bank account.
Public Disclosure
Contributors giving more than $200 aggregate per calendar year are publicly disclosed on FEC Form 3X (52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3)(A)) including name, mailing address, occupation, employer, and amount.
Tax Treatment
Contributions to political action committees are not tax-deductible for federal income-tax purposes.
