Recurring Donation Terms

Authorization

By electing a recurring contribution, you authorize Save America PAC, via its payment processor WinRed, to charge the payment method you supplied on the cadence (monthly, quarterly, or annually) selected at checkout until you affirmatively cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing donations@standformaga.com with your name and last four of payment method, or by replying STOP to any recurring confirmation message.

Pre-Charge Notice

You will receive an email confirmation following each charge. Charges that would exceed the federal contribution limit of $5,000 per calendar year will be automatically blocked.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Recurring charges may be reversed within 60 days for cause.

ROSCA Compliance

Recurring contributions comply with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), 15 U.S.C. § 8401 et seq., including clear and conspicuous disclosure, express informed consent, and simple cancellation.
