1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Save America PAC (FEC ID C00618371), operator of Stand For MAGA. By accessing the site you accept these Terms.

2. Contributor Certification

By submitting a contribution you certify under penalty of perjury (28 U.S.C. § 1746) that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The contribution is made from your personal funds and not from those of another person or entity.
• The contribution is not made from the treasury of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.
• You are not a federal contractor.
• The contribution is made on a personal credit/debit card, personal check, or bank account.

3. Recurring Contributions

By selecting a recurring contribution you authorize Save America PAC, via its payment processor WinRed, to charge your payment method on the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing donations@standformaga.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate any person, or use the site in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) or any other law.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content, marks, and the Save America PAC name are the property of Save America PAC or its licensors. Limited republication with attribution is permitted for non-commercial civic engagement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save America PAC, its officers, treasurer, vendors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save America PAC from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law.

9. Governing Law & Venue

Florida law governs these Terms. Venue lies exclusively in the state and federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes

Save America PAC may revise these Terms; continued use after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance.
