Refund Policy

Save America PAC accepts contributions in good faith. If you believe a contribution was made in error, was unauthorized, or exceeds federal contribution limits, you may request a refund within 60 days of the transaction.

Eligibility

• The contribution must have been processed on standformaga.com or through Save America PAC's authorized processor (WinRed).
• Refunds are required by law where the contribution exceeds $5,000 per calendar year per individual or originates from a prohibited source (corporation, labor union, federal contractor, foreign national).
• Recurring contributions may be cancelled at any time.

How to Request

Email refunds@standformaga.com with your full name, contribution date, amount, and the last four digits of the payment method. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

FEC Reporting

All refunds are disclosed to the Federal Election Commission on the next applicable Form 3X report pursuant to 11 C.F.R. § 104.3.
