Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The data controller is Save America PAC, 250 South Australian Avenue, Suite 1400, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, operating Stand For MAGA as an official outreach platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Contributor data: name, mailing address, occupation, employer, email, phone, contribution amount, payment last-4 — collected under FECA reporting obligations (52 U.S.C. § 30104).
• Account & subscription data: email, ZIP code, opt-in preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, referrer, pages viewed, processed for security and analytics.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Performance of donor services, compliance with FEC and IRS reporting obligations, legitimate interests in fraud prevention and civic outreach, and consent for marketing communications.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

Contributor data above the $200 aggregate threshold is publicly disclosed on FEC Form 3X as required by 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3)(A). We share operational data with vetted vendors — including WinRed (payment processing),Twilio SendGrid (email), Cloudflare (security), and analytics providers — bound by written data-processing agreements.

5. Sale of Data

We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(t)) or analogous state laws.

6. Your Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and the EU/UK (GDPR Art. 15–22) may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to privacy@standformaga.com.

7. Retention

Contributor records are retained for 3 years following the end of the reporting cycle in accordance with 11 C.F.R. § 104.14(b).

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.

9. Security

We employ TLS 1.3 transport encryption, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing through our vendors, and SOC 2 Type II hosted infrastructure.
