Contribution Rules (FECA / 11 C.F.R.)

• Contributions must be made from the contributor's own personal funds; straw-donor contributions are prohibited (52 U.S.C. § 30122).
• Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, and federal contractors are prohibited (52 U.S.C. §§ 30118–30119).
• Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited (52 U.S.C. § 30121; 11 C.F.R. § 110.20).
• Contributors must be U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents and at least 18 years of age.
• Contributions to Save America PAC are not tax-deductible for federal income-tax purposes.
• Aggregate contributions exceeding $200 per year require disclosure of name, address, occupation, and employer (52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3)(A)).

Anti-Fraud & Recurring Donation Disclosure

In compliance with 15 U.S.C. § 8401 (ROSCA) and FEC guidance, any recurring contribution requires affirmative consent. You may cancel a recurring contribution at any time by contacting donations@standformaga.com or calling the donor-services line listed on your receipt. All contributions are processed by WinRed, the official conduit PAC of the Republican Party (FEC ID: C00694323).

Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the contribution date will be honored in full. Submit requests to refunds@standformaga.com including the contributor's name, last four digits of the payment method, and contribution date.

Coordination Notice

Activities of Save America PAC are conducted in accordance with the coordination rules at 11 C.F.R. § 109.21 and the in-kind contribution rules at 11 C.F.R. § 100.52.

The name, image, likeness, and signature of President Donald J. Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and other officials referenced on this site are used with authorization for the purposes of supporting the America First agenda. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law

This site and its programs are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be venued in the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
