Contributions

Contributions to Save America PAC are governed by the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq., and the regulations of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) at 11 C.F.R. Parts 100–116. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes under IRC § 170.

Federal Contribution Limits (2025–2026 cycle)

• Individual to a non-multicandidate PAC: $5,000 per calendar year
• Individual to a multicandidate PAC (after qualification): $5,000 per calendar year
• Foreign nationals (52 U.S.C. § 30121) and federal contractors (52 U.S.C. § 30119): Prohibited
• Corporate and labor-union treasury contributions: Prohibited

Required Contributor Information

Federal law requires political committees to use best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year (52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3)(A); 11 C.F.R. § 104.7).
